Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Glaze-ish, your satisfaction matters to us, and our team is always eager to help with any concerns you may have. 💗

For sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your product arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at glazeishus@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

 

Please note that whipped body butters and foaming scrubs are sensitive to heat and may soften or melt in warm temperatures. Glaze-ish is not responsible for melted shipments, and refunds will not be issued for products affected by heat. If your product arrives liquified or spilled, please email us photos so we can help you find a resolution.

To protect your products, we recommend avoiding leaving packages in mailboxes or on porches during hot weather. Whenever possible, have your order delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive it.

Cancellations

Order cancellations can be requested within 48 hours of purchase. After this time frame has passed, we are unable to cancel or refund your order.
